Tai Chi is well known as an excellent, time-tested practise to increase relaxation. When we don't experience these feelings regularly, we can become despondent or feel run down, like a stagnant pond, going nowhere. 

Tai Chi exercises gently help us sluice out the negatives that  that are hampering us both physically and mentally. These slow and graceful exercises have a way of relaxing the body, and this in turn has a calming influence on the mind. Even a small amount of practise can have very significant effects on how relaxed and content you feel

More than half of the human body is water and using Tai Chi we can connect with the natural energy and flow of water to nourish the flow of our bodies systems, this helps restore our vitality and reduce stress. 

Tai Chi practice allows you to allow the sediment to sink and dissolve, leaving you feeling 'as clear as a glass of water'.
